Pre Made Red Vented Plate

I wasn't going to say anything but I got this email so I decided to tell you the truth. You made my 13 year old son very upset. He saved up his own money and spent it all on this product. First it took forever to arrive, we were sure it was a scam and we weren't going to receive anything but when we did, it wasn't the colors he asked for, it's cheep quality and definitely not worth $100. we are very disappointed. it's hard watching your kid so hurt, but it was a good lesson for him what not to do it the future. his words "false advertising".
